Question TCPMP playing Nero Digital AVC on WM5

Can anyone play nerodigital AVC files on the X50v/X51v running windows mobile 5.0? The AVC files play fine on my X50v running WM2003SE but my buddy has a X51v and he has TCPMP with all the codecs installed, the same as mine, and his will not play Nero Digital AVC files (the same files my X50v will play). It says the codec is not supported. If this is the case it might be awhile before I upgrade because NeroDigital AVC is my favorite codec for watching movies on my PPC.

TCPMP no longer bundles AAC codec to do intellectual copyright licensing.
If you do a search you can find the plug in, also try Showtime mobile for Nero Recode Files.

Are you sure?
Try completely uninstalling TCPMP or betaplayer, and installing it from scratch, including all the codecs from the TCPMP site, and this one : http://cabfiles.net/view.php?id=108
do you know if it's even the AAC codec that it's having trouble with?
