Limited Bluetooth Functionality (wm5 x50v)

I knew that wm5 has more limited bt profiles, but I wasn't aware it was to the point that it compromised it's usability. I can't seem to browse and transfer files anymore (razr v3) or "dial via bluetooth" from my contacts. What does wm5 offer in lieu of the old "bluetooth manager"? Only thing I seem to be able to do now is set up a dial-up networking partnership.
