With the lack of WI-FI syncing on WM5 I find myself in a little bit of a jam. I used to leave my cradle at the office for both syncing and charging, I would leave the AC at home for overnight charge and use the WI-FI sync for all my needs at home. Now I dont know what to do, I would like to leave my cradle at work and sync to the laptop, bring it home at night and update that sync to the desktop. Can anybody recommend any software to sync like that? All it would be is my calendar, notes, and contacts really. I will get a SD card reader to sync files which I rarely do anyway. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Bluetooth ActiveSync
If your X50 version has Bluetooth, one solution is to pick up an inexpensive Bluetooth USB dongle for your desktop, set up a Bluetooth serial port, and connect ActiveSync to that port. I have been using this method for months with my X50v to do syncing, file transfers, and even loading software. I have not loaded my WM5 CD yet, but understand this method will work with the new OS.
