Windows Mobile 5 as a Mass Storage Device

Maybe I just cant find it, but I thought Windows Mobile 5 was supposed to be able to function as a mass storage device.

I figured it would be just like Softick Card Export II. But it doesn't appear to have this option and Softick Card Export II doesn't work with Windows Mobile 5.
This really sucks, that was an important feature for me. I use it for school and work all the time and I cant install software on any of the machines. I will have to go back to 2003SE just becuase of this.

Am I missing something, do I need to download something? Help!!!
