Just save them as is and it will go to the built-in storage. There is no need to select it any longer.

WM5 no longer has a BIS that survives hard resets. All your programs and data are stored in ROM. On a Hard Reset that ROM area is formatted. Hence bye bye data...

The advantage, if your battery dies you won't lose all your data... Just charge it up and everything will still be there.

If you want something to survive a hard reset you need to put it on CF or SD.

also, even on a non charge it supposedly survives longer on the backup battery, which means that you probably wont be able to switch it on untill its charged but its supposed to retain the info longer than its use to, any one know how long itll go after main battery is dead (as in sit on the shelf before it completely dies) ?
