Dell sent me two copies of the Axim X50/X50v WM5 upgrade CD for some reason. Is it legal for me to give the extra away, or should I trash it?

Don't want to fill up the landfills, so just let me know how much $ you want, and I'll give it a good home.

I'm not interested in selling it, but if there is someone who has a legal right to use the software and has a lost or damaged disk, I'd rather it go there than in the trash.

There has been alot of these reports. I'd watch you're credit card statement to see if you might get billed twice.
