On my 2 week old X51v, I can't open Help. It shows on the Start Menu and in Programs but I can't open it from either one. I tap the icon and nothing happens.

So, how was it lost and how do I get it back. I'm pretty sure it was there initially. I'm new to the PPC world and have been taking it slow and easy; I just installed ActiveSync yesterday and sync'd my Outlook stuff. I noticed the problem with Help after the ActiveSync install and sync process but have no clue if there is a connection. I haven't installed any additional programs yet. I did have one occurance of WSOD (SD in) just after I ran my first sync.

This is my first post. This looks like an awesome site and very helpful folks. I'm sure I'll be using Aximsite a lot.

UPDATE....Problem solved, at least for now. I turned off the unit, removed the SD card, turned it on and bingo!, Help works now. There sure seems to be a lot of issues related to SD cards. I hope MS/Dell comes up with a fix SOON!
