Need help: Monster Chinese vs. CE Star 2.8

I've search and read a bit about these 2 programs, and someone posted that Monster can't be uninstall on 5.0, is that true? and which one is better?

The uninstall for Monster Chinese does not uninstall properly. You end up having to delete manually from folders and registry.
