Just upgraded to WM5 - How do I restore my old info?

Hi, I just upgraded my X50v to WM5 but now it keeps giving me a new device name and does not allow me to sync my old info back into the device after the upgrade. I tried to go to tools tab to get the restore option but it is not there. Anyone w/ any help, please help.

Remove the PPC from the cradle, open ActiveSync and go to File menu and delete all the partnerships.
If you get dead silence after breaking the speed of sound, would you be in the darkness after passing the speed of light?

You're much better NOT restoring and just manually copying your data back.
Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

How would I go about to manually restore my data (ie. Outlook info: calender, contacts)? They sync ok, just not getting the info back.
