Wont wake when Wi-Fi enabled

Just installed update patch for WM5 on x51v. Now if the unit goes into suspend mode with wifi on it wont come back (have to soft reset every time).

If wifi is off it is no problem.

Is there a different WLAN client I could try? Am I alone with this problem?

Its been alot of work re-installing everything and a hard reset would be somewhat of a heartbreaker.

It might be something to do with the particular wireless network you're using that causing it to crash and need a reboot?

Have you checked the battery status when this happens as well? I've had it happen once or twice that if I've left the wi-fi turned on when I switch off the PDA it continues to drain the battery. That doesn't always happen though, I think it's probably combined with the other problem people have posted a lot, where certain software stops the machine powering right off, and then the wi-fi drains the battery at a much faster rate. Does it feel warm to the touch when this happens?

You could also try the Oddyssey client which is another wireless client that should be on there already.
