I would like to change the colors of the start bar (top) and command bar (bottom). Is there a way to do this? Can someone give details? Thanks

I've downloaded and ran this, but I've no idea what the label for the command bar is in the list..?

Why couldn't MS make this easy to change? Couldn't be bothered?

Aren't the connected to the theme as well? Mine change color according to what theme I'm using. I am using some SPB Extended themes with Pocket Plus.
