help! A04 update disconnected!

i was running the WM5 update and everything was fine until my PDA lost connection with my computer by itself!

now my X51v is stuck in "handshaking with PC... operation timed out" and i cant even get it connected back with Activesync!

i swear to god i didnt touch anything at all during the install, and my PDA is the only thing connected to my USB ports.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

That has to be a terrible feeling... I know when I was updating to WM5, that warning about maybe having to send the device back to Dell was pretty scary. Anyway, I hope everything turned out ok.
