I have been unable to get it to work even after contacting Dell.
I have been waiting the last 9 days for a response from a supervisor at Dell that I was told "I promise the response will come within 2 days without fail". He doesn't answer my e-mails either. | |||||

I use it every day at work, make sure your running the latest bluetooth stack on your pc. I found that my work laptop (Dell D610) was running a bluetooth stack from Thoshiba. All the info I could find suggested I use the bluetooh stack that comes in Sp2, and since my company just release a SP2 package for our laptops the same day I got my axim i was able to run it and then turn on discovery mode on both the axim and pc then try and run active sync and choose sync via bluetooth, followed the prompts and it now works flawlessly

The main problem I had was to get the Bluetooth drivers to make a COM8 ActiveSync port. Once I got this installed, I re-paired my X51v and it listed ActiveSync as an available service when I added a COM8 outgoing port.
