Vga Hack software info

First of all I know this is dumb, but what exactly does the hack software do? IS it done on the PDA itself, or is it done from the pc? Also, are there any compatiable hacks for the x50v with WM5? Thanks

Its software that is coppied to your pocket pc and executed to force the pda into true VGA mode instead of microsofts SEVGA mode.

The hacks do work on an upgraded x50v. That is what I am using.

I tried to copy the contents, not he folder, and I get his error message, I know I have enough memory, what could be the problem?
