Great thread.

I was just "gifted" with 86000209, and Google brought me right back here (where the answers usually are). I saw that I no longer had email on the Ax, so I disabled Mail on the device, retried sync'ing, and was successful. After that, I was able to gradually build Mail back up to the usual 1 month. I agree that it's a pain to have to "baby" AS this way, but I guess it's a relatively small price to pay for all the other convenience.

Hey adambravo,

We get this question alot to our company for our clients and I myself run into it after I make a change. The simplest thing to do IF YOUR SYNC worked before is check the IP address with your firewall. For example my firewall shows a block from an ip address 169.254.12.32 etc when I try to connect. Then go to your firewall and allow this ip address to access your computer. Scary stuff eh! Then try your sync again.

We get all kinds of questions like this and it keeps us on our toes!

Let me know if it works out or what else you see as a problem.
