When I switch from the WiFi network at work to the one at home, activesync will not connect to sync with my exchange server. All other network applications work, e.g. IE and sycning my AOL mail. If I do a soft reset then it will sync.

Has anybody else experienced this problem with WM5?
Is there a work around so I don't have to do the soft reset?
