I am unable to edit the notes tab when I am viewing my appointments or tasks. The key board pops up but when i type the letters, nothing shows up. The freewriting tool doesnt work either. I must have accidentally changed a setting somewhere. Can anybody help me ?

I don't beleive there is a setting for that.
Maybe you just need to try a soft reset.
