I think I'm getting a WM5 upgrade for my x50v as a Christmas present. I currently make use of Movian VPN to connect to my company network to dowload emails etc. Has anyone tried Movian on WM5.

I have not tried MovianVPN with the WM5 because I had problems with it on some of my PocketPC 2003 SE systems. I have gotten NCP Secure to operate in WM5 with some issues. I also got an email from Anthasoft that they have a version 6.0 in beta that should work but I have not tested it. Movian and its family of VPN products which Anthasoft is one has a problem with a certain version of Cisco 3000 VPN software. That is the version my company currently uses so I have not even tried to load the 6.0 beta of Anthasoft on the WM5 machine.

Hi thanks, I upgraded and Movian didn't work. I am also having problems getting a connection through USB so I plan to go back to 2003.

The beta version of NCP Secure will work with some registary changes on the X51V. It works with no changes in an upgraded iPAQ 2755 with WM5. NCP Secure works with no problems on a X51. The WiFi of X51V causes the proble,s requiring the hacks.
The most recient beta on AnthaVPN did not work for me on either the 2755 or the X51V.
