10 Days To Go????

My chat with dell today regarding X50 WM5 updates. Knowing before hand that Dell chats are about as forthcoming as White House press briefings, Hopefully its true :approve: My original question was: When will there be a ROM update for X50 users who have upgraded to WM5? It has many problems.

No matter what the problem, it will always be addressed within 10 days. I'm pretty sure that if you asked about the release of the new X75V they'd say look for it in about 10 days. If they answer honestly with "we haven't got a clue why things don't work or how to fix them right now" you probably wouldn't be completely happy with Dell.

Hmmmm. Perhaps a live webcam of someone holding the breath waiting for a Dell WM5 ROM upgrade might be more interesting than the actual upgrade?

Well here it is 12/28 and no update, so that Dell rep was blowin' smoke up.... Anything to get you off the chat and say you were satisfied with the service to boot!
