Blank White Screen at Soft Reset

I am unable to find help with the Search feature here, but I've got a HUGE problem that is forcing me to hard reset everytime this happens.

When I soft reset with my v50x WM5.0 upgrade, sometimes it will go to a blank white screen and then freeze there. When I turn the Axim off and then back on, the screen remains black with 20 to 50 vertical lines running top to bottom. I can't open my Axim and that forces me to hard reset.

I don't know if the problem is with the ozVga because it happens after I install it. Can you help? The white blank screen is here again and I don't want to hard reset for the 5th or 6th time now...

Try soft resetting your device in safe mode and uninstall ozvga; don't know if it will works but worth a try.

How do you soft reset in "safe mode?" I didn't know you could do such a thing!

The Safe mode is only available if you have SPB pocket plus installed already.

all I can recommend is doing the soft reset again , while the axim is NOT in its cradle.

As for making sure the Axim is not in the cradle, I made sure I didn't do that the first time. I wonder if the problem has to do with installing PocketInformant after I activate ozVga. If I do it the other way around, the PI icons get cut off...
