Axim x51v and MS Exchange Server 2K3
I have had my Axim X51v for 2 weeks and for the life of me cannot sync with my corporate Exchange 2003 Server. I have all my network setting and certs correct, my admin has enabled me for wireless sync, but I keep getting the following error:
"Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permisssion to synchronize with your current settings" Support Code: 0x85010004 I think this is a WM 5.0 issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am pulling my hair out over here!!! Thanks.

Well, after reading a lot I could do it.
It's basically permissions on IIS. I'm out of the work, but as soon as I get there I'll send you my confs. As far as I remember, you can't force SSL on /Exchange

1. You need to make sure that Forms-Based authentication is OFF on the Exchange Server.
2. As previously mentioned, It doesn't work if you force SSL authentication on the /exchange virtual folder in IIS (even without this selected you can still use SSL - but you could also access via normal HTTP) Cheers Suman

On /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync, just enable Basic Authentication.
That's basically what Suman and I told you. ![]()
