Hmm x50v froze at rebooting

I tried soft + hard reset both froze near 90% of the bar. Is there a way to fix it or it's time to call Dell?
And it's running in WM5 :(

Mine got a similar problem few weeks ago but it stopped loading at about 55% so I called dell support and they sent me a new X50v...

Yup. Call dell. As long as you are still under warranty, they will send you a new one.

I've seen quite a few users experiencing this problem with the WM5 upgrade for the X50v and I'm starting to suspect that there is some serious bug in the current WM5 ROM that somehow corrupts the ROM when you use the PDA...

All I Can say is the WM05 upgrade sucks. even if you managed to get it to work it is slow as hell. I had to revert back to WM03SE instead of giving up on my performance. Dell's answer for any PDA issue is we will replace it with a new one. Of course it is a refurbished one but i guess if it works than it is better than the new one u purchased that should be fine. I still would rather getting a brand new one.
