Looking for Simple Checking Account App
I just recently moved from a Palm to an Axim X51v and am looking for replacements to the Palm applications.

I have a simple Palm app called Bankbook3, which lets me keep track of my checking account. It doesn't try to do too much but it does have a few nice touches such as automatically incrementing the check numbers and providing a check box so I can indicate the transaction has cleared.

I've downloaded the trial versions of a couple money managers for my Axim (i.g. Keep Track, Money Manager), but am not satified with them.

I welcome any suggestions from the forum.

Try Webis Money www.webis.net. Does the job well.

I tried Webis Money and several others and finally latched onto Cash Organizer which is the best I've seen yet for the PPC platform. It's totally standalone (though will work with MS Money and others).

If you're looking for a simple money app that does all the basics of a check register, try MS Money for the PPC. It's free on the windowsmobile.com site.

Check out MoneyMinder
I've been using it for a little over a year and love it!
Just upgraded from an X30 to an X51v and it runs fine on WM5.
