Reorganising Programs menu

When I go into the start menu and select programs I get a list of all my installed programs (amazing that!)

I want to be able to organise them into folders so they are easier to find, and have managed to do so easily through file explorer.

HOwever when I try to move the pre-installed links from the Start Menu folder into a new subfolder called "Office" I get a "some programs may not work" message. Is this a caution because they are pre-installed or a prediction!

I want to move excel, powerpoint and word into a new folder of apps with resco, total commander etc.

Thanks

I've got mine all in folders... it works fine. It really helps with speed because if you have loads of things all in one folder it takes longer to load.

So if I go into

Windows
Start Menu
Programs

And press and hold on Mobile Excel and select cut,

Go to my OFFICE folder

select paste

And ignore the warning that it might not work?

All should be ok?
