Does anyone know why microsoft hasn't made an update to get Voice Command to work with 5.0??? I have been all over their site and updated to version 1.5, but it still won't work.

ANY IDEAS GUYS?

I have version 1.5 working on my x50 upgraded to 5.0. Are you having problems installing the program or running it?

I tried the demo, and it seemed to work, but I never bought the full version.

Does it matter where the program is installed to? I was told it could be installed anywhere, but when I went to install it on my SD card it gave me a warning that it "might not" work correctly.

It didn't work well for me, so I uninstalled it and just haven't gone back to try it again.

Yeah I also have Voice Command running on my upgraded WM5 X50. I have no problems. It works the same as it did in WM2003SE. I'm pretty sure I installed it into program memory.

I have VC installed on my x51v which is WM5.0 with 06 ROM. It works to play music, start programs however when I try to show a contact it comes up with a blank screen. It opens contacts but is on the summary of a contact not showing any info. My guess is that it is not fully compatible with 5.0 as yet.

strange? mine opens contacts perfectly. Do you have any other Voice Recognition Software installed?

It is probably the mic gain and it cant recognize what you're saying properly. I dont know if its after I installed Voice Command or after I installed SPB Pocket Plus but I lost the microphone option/icon in system.

I have much to learn about this program but so far so good. I'm going to impress everyone at school by showing them the "what is the time?" and the "what is the battery level?" commands. Hehe!

I have the exact same problem. I can see "notes" in contacts, but will not display main "contact" information like addresses and phone numbers. Everything else seems to work just fine.
