Bluetooth manager

I have Axim x51v running Winddows mobile 5.0 havent upgraded to ROM a06 but I have read that there is a program on the Axim called Bluetooth manager, but I cannot find it can someone tell me where to find it???

Actually, I believe Bluetooth manager only exist on WM2003Se devices.
