I've got Lotus Notes at work too. I've tried several syncers and while I've got some favorites, I'm still trying to find the best solution.
I could suggest you to try XTNDConnect, Intellisync. Also there's a program available directly from IBM (forgot the name), but it's limited functionality.
If you want, I can tell you some more about syncing with LN.
I've been trialling cadenza mnotes and will be purchasing it when trial period is up, I think you get a month.

I don't know if x51v will have the same problem but on my x50v WM5, current version of mNotes does not do automatic sync. I have to manually start the replicate process. A bit annoying since I've never had this problem with WM2003SE version.
Beware.. I used intellisync until I installed MsActiveSync 4.1. Now Intellisync just don't work. Couldn't get a response from this guys neither so I am switching, probably to mNotes from Cadenza Commontime.
I have used Lotus EasySync Pro V 4.2.3. It is not very sophisticated, and works well enough. My biggest gripe is that it does not map the attendees for meetings from Notes to the PPC. The workaround is to map them to the notes section, but it seems a rather silly thing to miss.
I am currently trying mNotes and whilst it takes a little more setting up it looks like a very nice solution. The one thing I do like is the ability to synch with multiple address books from Note.
Please check with your company IT folks before installing any product. Some of these Lotus Note sync products can do some very odd things when syncing with a corporate e-mail system. For example resending ALL the past appointments on your PPC to EVERYONE in the company. Don't ask how I know. Just make sure you clear any software with IT.
