Broadcom Bluetooth Software for X50's with mobile 5 courtesy of Dell
We paid DELL for a device which came with Windows mobile 2003\SE as well as the Broadcom Bluetooth Software. We probably bought one or more bluetooth devices. We than all paid DELL for the Windows Mobile 5 upgrade. How many of your bluetooth devices work now. Bluetooth headset, GPS devices, how are they working. So what the f*** happened.
I think we all need to demand that Dell give us the Broadcom Bluetooth software for Windows Mobile 5. I think we have only two options, get some media coverage or threaten litigation. Either way we go we have many more complaints too add to the fire. Anyone else have a batter idea?

Just adding the profiles would be sufficient. The MS stack HAS the profiles Dell chose not to implement them, there is actually no need to change stack, there are many devices out there running the MS stack that work fine.
That said Dell do need to pull their finger out and get this issue sorted! Gordon

I agree in some way, because the WM5 BT Stack does not works as good as the Broadcom, I have mine X50v and my X51v with 2003 and WM5 and the BT in 2003 rocks, the BT in WM56 suc....
so at the end, there's nothing we can do just wait until maybe, and I say maybe and smart dude in Dell read something and say, "yupp maybe this guys are right, why we don't use the previous..." Quote:
