I installed Skype only to learn its useless unless I have SkypeOut. I deleted it and now keep getting the error message on startup that it can't load skype.exe. How can I get rid of this?

you dont need skypeout to make pc-pc calls. the quality is actually quite good. look in the start folder and you will find a shortcut and delete it.

True PCC to PPC is great but I need PPC to landline. Anyway, the error message I'm getting is :"cannot execute \program Files\Skype for Pocket PC\Skype.exe"

I can't find this anywhere in startup or elsewhere?

hmmmmm. well i don't find it on mine. You could always try re-installing it and then removing it again.
