Dates in Excel

Hi,

I want to view dates from an imported Excel file, but I can only see dates in US format (M/D/Y) - and I'd like them in European format (D/M/Y).

My regional settings are set for local (UK) - does anyone know if I can change excel (or my worksheet) to display all dates in D/M/Y?

Thanks,
Stu

I am not completely sure, but if you import the dates, then select the column/row with the dates and change the dates to the format you want to display.

Good Luck,

Todd

Cheers. Didn't know if there was a setting to use as default; I'd have though it would've used regional settings, or maybe a registry setting.

Thanks,
Stu
