Tried to downgrade yesterday, and the drivers crashed my laptop ! Blue screen of death.

So, could I please get a little clarification on the "procedure" to downgrade so I can try again. There is nothing explaining it.

1. Do I sync first and then delete the partnership?
2. Do I need to delte the partnership at all?
3. Do I do the hard reset while the PDA is still in the cradle?
4. Did someone write a clear procedure?

I did several serches, but didn't find anything. Any guidence would be apprciated.
