I use word mobile on my axim X50v, upgraded to WM5, to take notes in class. there have been a couple of times where the program just shuts down on me and I lose what I was typing. both times I have had IE running in the background and was tabbing between the two programs and typ-ing on my thinkoutside bluetooth keyboard. its really frustrating when all the notes you typed for the last 30 mins have gone to ----. Anyone experience this? Any way to fix it? I wish there was an autosave like on a PC or perhaps a keyboard shortcut like ctrl-s but that doesn't seem to be working. everytime the teacher takes a break I have to like click ok to make sure it saves and then reopen the file. I have the files saving to my SD card

no one else has experienced this? what about when you are trying to open a document and sometimes it will open rather quickly and other times it takes so long i have to do a soft reset

I had difficulty with my Axim X50 mid on WM5 and rolled back. One of the reasons was that I was having difficulty finding Word files. I found that it is best to open a new doc., type in the title and then save it to what ever file I want it to go to and then proceed with the document.
