Looking for a training (exercise) video that can be used in place of an expensive trainer in the gym. Directional video for WM5--anyone know of anything?

I have no idea but you can always buy one of those "jonny little" dvd's and convert htem to the avi format to watchon your Axim

I have to say i'm not quite sure what you're looking for, however i think this may be what you are looking for...

Imagine, you're in the gym, listening to pm3 on the PPC and you want to know which exercises will best work the back. It would be nice to have a program that would offer up different exercises with short video clips that demonstrate the correct form.
