Question norton antivirus...

Is there a version of norton antivirus compatible running windows mobile 5.0 for the dell axim x5v1?

I've only seen norton compatible up through windows mobile 2003.

Yikes!

I would honestly stay away from all things Symantec, but thats just me, I do not see why would need a AV utility for a Pocket PC to begin with if that is what you looking for, correct me if i am wrong. :)

Don't waste your $ on this as no viruses were reported for PDA in over two years. Make sure you have proper protection on your PC and you will be fine.

I don't see why people are so anti Norton... Anyway, you don't need antivirus for your pda. There just aren't that many viruses out there for pda's. If you do get one, easy, just hard reset. Problem solved.

Yeah... what he said!

I've used McAfee and Norton. What a waste! All they do is drive you nuts with updating etc. and there's no reported threats other than Mickysoft's WM-5.0! And neither program fixes that virus!
