Softkey Remap

Folks, I've researched changing the softkeys in WM05 and am still a little confused. Other than Tweaks2k2 and other similar apps for sale, there's various info on doing this by registry hacks. But I can't find the one thing I'm looking for >< : a thread on how to change a softkey to one like the "new" softkey in WM2003. (I've seen it before so I know it's here somewhere!)

Q1. Can anyone point me to the thread that explains how to do this without buying another piece of software?

Q2. THe softkeys in WM2005 are "dynamic." They change depending upon the app that's running. If the registry is changed to make a softkey show the "new" functionality (or anything else for that matter), does it ALWAYS display that and never changes with the application?

Thanks!

Pan

Q1. Free Softkey applet post here: http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...588#post967588

Q2. The applet only changes the keys for the today screen. Individual apps still work correctly.
