[Help] Issues With Money 2006 On Windows Mobile 5.0

Does anyone have any issues with Microsoft Money 2006 (2.05) in Windows Mobile 5.0? I have two problems (so far) with Money 2006 in my Axim X51:

- tap-and-hold on accounts, categories, payees, etc does not work, hence cannot edit details or delete entries
- all database (accounts, categories, payees, etc) is gone at soft-resets

Any solution? I desperately need Money 2006 to work on my Axim X51 as my financial management has come to a halt now...

I use MS Money 2006 on my X51 and have had no problems at all. I just tried tap-and-hold (don't usually use that...) and it worked fine, too.

That's strange... Mine is not working properly. Also, most people complaint that Money 2006 is not compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0. Haave you tried soft-resetting (at your own risk, be warned) your Axim X51? Does the database still retain?

Yes, I usually end up doing a soft-reset about once a week and have never lost the data. I did have to install Money in main memory--it wouldn't work installing to my SD card...

I installed Money 2006 in the main memory too but it's not showing any love for my Axim X51. Which CAB installer files did you install - sa1100.cab or arm720.cab? I tried the sa1100.cab installer - installed with no issue but it's not working properly (see above issues). Was working flawlessly in iPAQ h4150 (WM2003) using the same sa1100.cab installer

I just ran the MNYPPC06.EXE on my PC and let it do the installation.

I Use Msmoney 2006 On Both My Desktop And My Axim X5 Both Work Perfectly.
I Did Need To Download It From Microsoft The First Time. Sorry I Can't Give You A Fix.

Thanks for the feedback. And ya, Money 2006 works fine in Axim X5 with WM2003 but not on Axim X51 with WM5 (except 'rich57'). Anyway, any 3rd party finance software that I should try? Preferably a no-frills, simple one like Money 2006. Not a fan of ones with all the bells and whistles (like graph, report, etc) that bloats up everything
