I am using WM5 on a Dell Axim X51v. I also use ActiveSync.

I use Notes daily to log items for legal purposes. I then archive the information on my PC. Aften times, I receive a public records request and must provide excepts from one of the files.

I really need to remove the 'Modified' and 'Categories' header from the top of the file. I can't find a setting that does that, and would rather not have to go into Word or other text editor program to remove it before archiving and/or printing. Anyone know how to do this?

I was thinking about going to PhatNotes. Anyone know if that header info gets printed when using that program.

Note: The header info is not visible when simply viewing the file in Outlook or on the PC, it appears when converting the file to Word, Adobe, or when printing.
