I have attempted to upgrade multiple times... to no success.. I go throuhg the steps to update rom and it all stops after I have to do the hard reboot. Is there anyone that could halp explain why my hard reboot happens but os does not upgrade???? thanks

Hmmm... I wouldn't go through the headaches if I were you. I'd keep it on 2003se until a fix comes out for WM5. Never hurts to try though! Good luck!
