I have an x51. While making changes to some recurring appointments last night as well as entering lot of other calendar info, all appointments/holidays prior to two weeks ago except recrurring ones appear to have been accidently deleted. I have not synched with my computer for fear of having these appointements be deleted on the computer as well. My choices for fixing this are:

1)
save my computer calendar to a pst. reycnch with the axim and hope it works out. If not import the back up calendar info and delete duplicate appointments.

2)
remove the synch partnership from the computer and the axim. Create a new synch partnership and hope I get all the approriate data from the computer and the axim. If somethng is missing, import the back up and remove duplicates

3)
make the changes I made on the axim last night on the computer (hope it does not result in deleted appointnemts this time). Do a hard reboot on the axim and reload software and data on to the axim.

Any suggestions on which would be the bext method? Only about three months of calendar data was lost, so I could also just reenter data as well. And I also can redo the hour or so I spent working on the axim calendar last night. Not sure what will work the best.

I don't think you lost anything. I don't have my outlook syncing here so I'm doing this from memory. If you go to AS, contacts, and click settings it brings up a choice for how many appt. you want to sync. I think the default is 2 weeks of past appts, so that is why I'm looking this direction. Check that setting then re-sync and you should have all your past appts. on your axim.

IF they are missing on the desktop, check the auto-archive feature of outlook and see if they were archived. The default for that is things older than 6 months and you have to enable it so I don't think that is the problem.
