Hmm Windows Media Player 10 and Windows mobile 5.0

Windows media player 10 will sync with secure digital card but does not sync or recognize Axim x51v. I can sync with everything else to the PDA? Operating system is XP Pro. PDA A06. Basically media player does not recognize the 1GB secure digital card with plenty of memory and I have 25MB left on the PDA. Any ideas? Wanted to listen to audio books on PDA. rasmiith

did you upgrade to wmp10 on your desktop after installing active sync 4.1? I had a similar problem which was corrected after reinstalling activesync 4.1.

Thanks, it worked. I re-installed active sync 4.1 and everything is a go. Appreciate the advice. rasmiith

hi, when I delete a mp3 (that is synced thru WMP10) from my Axim, how can I delete the same file from my PC when syncing the next time? I listen to lot of podcasts and delete them on my axim after listening, but they are copied back from the PC in the next sync. What I want is a functionality that when I delete a file in axim it should also get deleted from pc.

I dont know if I am making any sence, but that is what I wanted

any help?

Ravi.

You can try this. There is an options / settings in activesync that allows you to replace items on your desktop instead of the axim. Note that you have to have the axim synced because it is grayed out if not.
I'm not sure about mp3 though but theres no harm in trying.
