Help Note taker problems

Hi,
I took some notes, handwriting...no no transcriber....and now they are all jumbled up?
A few lines overlapped?

What is going on?

Does the notes program have a bug in it?

Thanks

It's very tricky...

No it doesn't, but the design makes it difficult to use.

Every time you write something at a certain zoom level, windows chooses the order that it think you're writing in. So if you write between the lines it will get it right. If, however, you take notes all over the place, then once you change the level of zoom windows will try to rearange your notes to take advantage of the new screen space, and if it thinks they are in a different order to what you think they are it, it will look muddled up to you.

A few tips are:
-Always write between the lines
-Any diagrams should be surrounded by a diagram region (this appear when you draw a line that crosses 3 or more writing guidelines).
-Don't change the zoom too often

Hope this helps
James
