Any fix for the WM5.0 Alarm/clock problem?

This is the third time I experience this.
I have the alarm clock set on 7:30am (Am I too lazy?) to wake me up evryday.
However, sometimes the alarm will not pop up the window for dismiss, the result is the Axim keeps alarm me (notification sound k, I have to turn the sound off :( ), and the power button keeps flash (green light),
Someone have posted a fix using Memmaid to delete almost all of the notifications, I tried this last time, it worked, but this does not prevent the problem from happening again, I wonder if anyone knows how to fix this permanently.
Thanks.

Could have sworn there's a fix for that in another thread. Search.

Check Settings > Sounds & Notification > Personal > Notifications.

In the "Event" drop-down list box, select Reminder.
Check off the option(s) that you need.

Alarm

I just had the same issue yesterday, and ended up doing the 1st hard reset, I was PO'd big time.:realmad: I got the chime to go away by unchecking the notification sounds, but the flashing button was still going. It would not let me do a backup either before the reset.
