Well, I reinstalled Battery Pack Pro on my x51v because the software relentlessly asked for the registration code (no matter how many times I entered it). I uninstalled then reinstalled BPP (latest version). Now the Axim is FROZEN - I can't get past the password screen, no matter what. Soft resets don't clear the system. Short of hard reset, what are the options to get it going again? Is there a Safe Mode akin to what Windows XP has?

Nope, no such thing, but there is a mode for upgrading the ROM, but that would not help.

There is a third party program for safe mode, but youd have to install it. If you can get an as connection you could try. I would just, hard reset. I always keep a recent backup, and if you dont have a backup, u learned the hard way.
