Well, in Pocket Excel, I come up with € , and I presume that is because I have Euro selected in my regional settings. I went to Start > Settings > System > Regional Settings > Currency, and changed $ to €. Strangely, I don't see any £ option, though!

1. Go to Settings\System\Regional Settings and select English (United Kingdom). Positive currency should then show £123,456,789.00. If it doesn't, go to the Currency Tab and select £ in the Currency symbol box.
2. Open Pocket Excel and open a new worksheet. Select a cell and go to Format\Cells\Number and select Currency in the Category box. Check the "use currency symbol" box. The Negative numbers box should show -£1,234.43. | |||||
