Hmm RAM and ROM memory

Hello,
My axim has 64Mb of RAM and 256MB ROM. (please look at the attachments)
So, lets make some calculations...
ROM:256MB - 195.01MB = 60.99 MB emm, where?
RAM:[b]64MB - 49.47MB = 14.53 MB Where have these gone?

If there are no programs running, why only ~30 MB are free, not all?

Thanks

Edit: Woops :rolling: misplaced ram and rom

The roms taken by the OS, and
I assume the missing RAM is used as what windows mobile needs to operate?
