Many of us purchased 50's and 50v's because the Dell offer was to upgrade to WM5 when it came out. The adds for the 50v depicted full functionality ... certainly not the current situation. At the verry least they have to fix the BT / GPS and constant soft reset and

storage issues
There is no chance that Dell would refund the whole cost of our devices. Their only choice is to atempt a fix or face class action.
