Assuming that you are getting this on the pc not the pda, try removing and then re-installing ASync. Sounds like it got messed up somehow. Has it been doing this all along or just started?

i am getting it on my pda, after the message i am asked to submit it to MS, this i do and then everything freezes. i can do a soft reset, but thats just a temporary fix. since my question i have hard reset 3 times, each time error re-appeared. i finally deleted all my handango software and deleted activesync, then reloaded async and just the original programs. so far all is well. could it have been handango. i had pocket mechanic, batterypro, citytime, journalbar, ewallet. I also had roboform loaded. I miss these handango products are they compatible though?....thanks for taking the time
