Exporting Contacts

Anyone know if there is a way to export contacts with WM5? I have to hard reset, but I want to backup my contacts first, and I can't use activesync, any backup utilities, or install any new software. Basically, I need to know if I can simply save a file that has all the contacts (and what that files is) or export them to excel or something. Please help.

P.S. if it helps, my device is a cingular 8125

Kind of answered my own question here. In the root of the device (WM5) there is a file called "pim.vol" which holds all of your contacts, and I'm not sure what else. I had to use Total Commander to copy it over to my mini SD card. After a hard reset, you can restore the file using Total Commander and then do a soft reset, and all your contacts will return! I've only tried this on my Cingular 8125 running WM5, but I'm assuming you can do the same with all WM5 devices.

Are you sure? Because that's the only file I replaced after doing a hard reset. Before i replaced the file, all my contacts were gone. Afterwords, they were there again. If it is not the contacts file, it is at least a contacts file.
