Exclamation slow wm5 and battery drainage

First I would like to say, GREAT site.
Now for my questions,..after I press the power button from when my x51v is in suspend mode, it takes about a minute to load the password/today screen. With white bars on the top and bottom, could it be the resco today screen thing? And during 15 minutes of wifi use, I was wardriving...my battery drained 30%, is this normal? I have applied the fake server fix, and I do have A06 firmware. Cpu speed is at max. I also notice a hang in loading apps, and switching from/to them.
What is the current for the default battery supposed to be, mine is 228mA?
thanks

Wow! 5 soft reset a day is a lot.

I did 2 in the last 3 months just because I wanted too.

Battrey drain can be done because of reminders.

I had mine set to remind me about meetings.

I made a mistake an put a meeting during the night (am vs pm mixup) and the next morning the Axim was dead with less than 10%.

Now my reminders are set to "ring" only for 5 minutes max.

Something to look for if your Axim drains the battery.

Cheers,
Marc G

Cheers,

Is it just the fact that im using reminders that uses up battery juice, or the "ring" feature, and how would I set up the amount of time that it rings, thanks

5 soft resets, wow, thats alot

I would have thought this thing would be alot faster, since it has more then half a Ghz of processing power

Resco's Today plugin and Odyssey Client will make Axim crawls at startup.

The only time I soft reset is when I think the Axim is frozen, but it actually turns out that it is locked. After one or two soft resets, I finally figure it out....
