Trying to use AOL with Axim X51v

I just purchased my Axim X51v and can't figure out how to use my AOL account with it. Hopefully, someone out there can help me out. I am not very computer literate so the more detail you can give me, the farther I will get with this.

You will not be able to fully use AOL on the device as it is a propietary software system.
You can try accessing www.aol.com on your device (although the built-in IE version does NOT work). You could try some of the alternative browsers, but it may be hit or miss.

download pocket aim or aim2.0 but due to the bar in WM5 you have to send an I'm to bring up the connection options
